- Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park is located in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad, the capital city of Telangana state in India.
- It is also known as KBR National Park.
- The park was named after Kasu Brahmananda Reddy, who served as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (now divided into Telangana and Andhra Pradesh) from 1964 to 1971.
- In 1994, it was established as a national park.
- In 1998, the park was officially designated as a national park by the Government of India.
- Area: Park covers an area of approximately 390 acres ( 1.58 square kilometers).
- Hills: Park is located in the Jubilee Hills area of Hyderabad.
- River: The park itself doesn’t have a river flowing through it. It is situated near the Musi River.
- Flora: 600 species of plants, several insectivorous plants (Drosera flycatcher plant) etc.
- Fauna: Spotted Deer, Indian Hare, Indian Palm Squirrel, Pangolin, Small Indian Civet, Indian Roller, Black Drongo, Indian cobra, Monitor Lizard, Indian Garden Lizard etc.
